AMERICA UNDER SEIGE

There are an estimated 14 million people living in the United States illegally. The Department of
Homeland Security is touting that they have already deported 2 million illegal immigrants under
the Trump Administration as of September 2025. I’d like to see the receipts on that since ICE
only deported 1.5 million during Trump’s entire first term. I have no objection to deporting
people who are in this country illegally. What I take issue with is the cruelty and lawlessness of
the Trump Administration.
Trump’s stance on immigration is to deport 4 million illegal immigrants in four years. The
Administration’s focus on removing violent criminals by any means necessary has given ICE the
power to use unrestrained force on all illegals violent or otherwise, convicted of a crime or not.
This poorly managed rogue group of agents lawlessly abduct immigrants who are legally here,
those who are American citizens and they are attacking and murdering peaceful protestors who
are bravely documenting ICE’s illegal and forceful methods of treatment in their communities.
A Project of the Annenberg Public Policy Center states, “Our analysis of ICE arrest data obtained
by the Deportation Data Project found a doubling over time of the percentage without criminal
records, meaning neither convictions nor charges. In Trump’s first three months in office,
21.9% of those arrested had no criminal record. The percentage rose to 34.2% in Trump’s
second three months, and then to 40.5% in the three months ending in mid-October. In
January, nearly 43% of those detained had no convictions or charges, according to publicly
available ICE data. Trump did away with all oversight for the Department of Homeland Security
so it’s impossible to believe anything that comes out of the mouth of this Administration.
ICE has become Trump’s private army with license to kill. Kristi Noem and the Trump
Administration continue to justify ICE actions and blame the victims of ICE violence. The Four
American citizens murdered by ICE agents, have not forced this administration to reform this
rogue gang of hostile militants. This administration holds press conferences literally making up
stories about the murders taking place at ICE hands until they are embarrassingly proven wrong
and shown to be outright liars by the public providing video footage proving otherwise. This
empathy void group of ICE agents and their methods of brutality must not be further funded
with our tax dollars. ICE must be shut down.
THE INNOCENT VICTIMS
Keith Porter Jr, a 43-year-old father of two, was fatally shot by an off-duty ICE officer on New
Year’s Eve outside his apartment complex, in Los Angeles (December 2025). There is no video
footage of this murder and no arrest has been made of the ICE agent. Renee Good, a 37-year-
old mother and wife was murdered in Minneapolis by an ICE agent who shot her at point blank
range. This murder was captured on video by numerous eye-witness citizens and the agent’s
own body camera who was also filmed calling her a bitch after firing a shot to her head. Alex
Pretti, the 37-year-old ICU nurse was videotaping Ice Agents as they used force on two women
protestors. As the ICE agents became aggressively physical with the women, Alex placed himself
between the D.H.S. agent and the two female civilians to protect them and all were pepper
sprayed. Alex was forced face down to the ground and eight ICE AGENTS beat him. One ICE
agent discovered Alex was carrying a gun, legally, and it was in its holster. The ICE Agent
removed the gun and two ICE agents fired ten bullets into Alex’s back. Geraldo Lunas
Campos: A 55-year-old Cuban immigrant died in ICE custody at the Camp East Montana facility
in El Paso, Texas, on January 3, 2026. His death was officially ruled a homicide by the El Paso
Medical Examiner, caused by asphyxia due to neck and torso compression during an altercation
with guards.
BILL FY2026 DHS Funding
We have continued to witness countless protesters being dragged from their cars, beaten,
sprayed, bombed with tear gas and seriously injured by ICE agents. This administration not only
condones their behavior, they applaud it. Currently, DHS is spending millions of dollars
purchasing warehouses around the country with the intent to turn them into additional
immigrant detention centers.
The FY2026 DHS Funding Bill is before Congress right now which if passed will give an
additional 6.4 BILLION to Homeland Security for ICE. I for one, do not want my tax dollars
funding ICE. THIS BILL MUST NOT PASS. Please call your representatives who work for you by
the way, not Trump, and demand that this bill not pass. If you don’t, America will continue to
be under siege and the message that you will be sending to Trump is that he can get away with
murder.
